Pressing the enhance button consumes artifacts and attempts enhancement based on the displayed success rate.
The number of artifacts consumed increases by 1 for every 10 levels the artifact gains.(e.g. 1 for levels 1-9, 2 for levels 10-19, 3 for levels 20-29)

Enhancement Success Probability

Enhancement success probability varies with artifact level. You can check the success probability and decrease pattern for each level range in the table below.
